What exercises could I do to get slimer legs/thighs?
I workout alot, but can't seem to find anything to slim my legs. I have always had kinda muscular legs. Any suggestions?
You can't really do an exercise to target weight loss on a particular part of your body, just strengthen the muscles on a particular part of the body which is probably not what you want.
But muscular legs are better than flabby legs so why worry?

It is important that you eat clean, real food. Eating clean means that you take away the processed food from your diet and sticking to whole foods that your body can digest. You can actually burn a lot of calories while your body is digesting real food. Eating raw foods is much better because it will speed up your metabolism. Always keep yourself hydrated. All of our cells are made up of water so it will function well if it is very well hydrated. And we need water to keep us from retaining water as well as flushing out the toxins that forms the cellulite in your butts and thighs.
As with the exercises, you should exercise everyday for 30 minutes. Do a circuit exercise everyday, which means doing various exercises continuously without resting. These exercises include squats, crunches, lunges, jumping jacks and cardio like jogging for 20 to 30 minutes. These exercises will slim down your legs, buns and thighs. For your upper body you should perform modified push ups and front raise pullovers. After this workout, perform your favorite workout.
So that you won't get you will not get tired of these exercises easily; do some variations like dancing and other forms of physical activity. Just try and follow these methods and see the results.
