Who said anything about health benefits? Ah, yes they do indeed have some. In fact croc clogs are certified by both The US Ergonomics Council and The American Podiatric Medical association. This basically means that they have proven themselves and deserve these high accolades and this from two professional bodies who are experts in the field of feet and the working mechanics of the human body.

So, how do they work for your health benefits? Actually there are a couple of things that they do for us when we are wearing them.  Firstly, the foam that croc clogs are made from contains special antifungal and antimicrobial properties, this basically means that any germs, bacteria or fungal  spores that are living on your feet ( and they do) cannot grow or multiply and contribute to you getting athletes foot or worse suffering from stinking, sweaty feet.

Also the foam moulds itself around your own feet and gives support under the arch of your foot. This is really important because, what this then does is correct your posture so that  you are standing properly and putting less pressure on your spine, now that is pretty amazing.

So, come on give womens croc shoes a chance, once you try them you will never look back. I cannot think of anything more blissful than slipping my feet into them after a long day in heels. Mind you because of some of the styles of the new womens croc shoes that are available perhaps I can find some suitable for the office, now there is an idea.
