What kind of training should be a small woman to do?

Hey no, I'm 5'4 and about 125 pounds. I'm fairly decent, I've tried a lot of different exercises. I just want to know if any specific type of routines or exercises that can help you lose weight and tone my body without adding muscle bulk and extra legs / arms. Thanks:)

There is no such thing as specific training in height. And you should * want muscle - muscle is what keeps your metabolism and slim body. Women can not have muscles bodybuilder type unless you train like bodybuilders, and still is years and years of strict training and diet, and / or steroids. Lifting weights is an of the best things you can do for your body. You will get nice thin and shapely, and get stronger bones. If you do not want bulk, stay away cakes and cookies and chocolate and other junk, and not eating the fruit too well.
