good exercises for toning the whole body or suggestions for an ideal weight?

I am a 17 years old, 5'5 "and was 205 pounds. Yes, almost a whale, but now I'm 190 (a smaller whale). I have to diet and cardio for now, but I'm not sure what to do about toning. any advice? Also, any suggestions for an ideal weight?

hun ... should first focus on cardio before working on the pitch. try to lose at least 130 pounds then you can focus on the pitch. from a woman who can not be so great as some children can and still be toned. Try running / jogging every day for 30-40 minutes. If you want to start toning arms with weights of 20 pounds 25. Not at least 25 in each arm .. then work your triceps flat on the floor, put your arms by your side (keep your hand), raise your forearm and push the heaven, to about 20 representatives of 5. <<<Make it 10 to 15 pesos a pound. do squats with weights of 5 10 book 50 times. * * ALSO I do to increase my flexability to make several types of exercise is Yoga.
