Does anyone have a leg toning routine?

When my mother was trying to lose weight, he would do this routine that was supposed to work throughout the body, but she just seemed losing belly fat. her thighs look the same. And she said it was kind of disappointed in it, so i need something that really works for my thighs, because I'm proud of my belly!

When performing an exercise, any type, it is normal to lose fat evenly throughout the body ... this however depends on your age, body fat percentage, and the type of fat you have. Not all fats are stored in the same way in your body. But in general, you can not spot reduce - see here: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/issa72.htm My suggestion would be to perform a combination of cardio and weights. good exercises for legs are squats, lunges weighted, leg presses, leg lifts (lie and keep your feet up 6.10 "from the ground, if possible) and hip abductors / adductors. Check out this site for different types of lifts: Check http://www.abcbodybuilding.com/exercise1.htm butt section and four people who are closest to the hips and provide definition and the tone in those areas. In addition, a lift for senior representatives and games ... that is, making a weight that you can perform 12-15 repetitions for 4-5 sets against something like 6-8 repetitions for 1-3 sets (this is harder). As for cardio, nothing will work, but it would be best run mountains or the use of an incline on a treadmill / trainer high-strength elliptical or bike. Why are you proud of your belly? Is it flat?
