Shaun T is amazing and so intense is this program at home called fitness craze. Beachbody, the company that produces other exercises at home very effective and popular P90X fitness has done it again and this time takes it to another level of fitness. Let me start saying that this program is not for beginners. Heck, even the heating of killed me and I did P90X 2 rounds! Therefore, make sure that if you are considering this program is in good physical condition and not just the beginning in your journey of fitness. Locura training calendar program

theme of madness is to "deepen" and "Get Fit or Get Out" which is really damn truth! If you're not mentally and physically prepared for this program has to be. Not only need to be in good physical health also have to bring your game when it comes to a mental toughness. "Mind over matter" is really important in this training program because there will be times you want to quit because it is very difficult, but put your mind to it and can complete this program. Another thing you need to be sure to remember is that it's okay to quit and take a break / rest. Even participants in the DVD have to take a break not to worry about the fact that it is necessary to stop and rest. Stop, a little water, catch your breath and then go back.

The 60-day program begins with a fit test on Day 1. Make sure you complete the fitting and sure to record their first results. This is a very effective way to measure their progress over the next two months so it does not happen. It is a good exercise in itself. Test set includes a series of 7 plays that is as much as you can in 60 seconds. These include switch kicks, power outlets, power knee, jumping power, suicide jumps, pressure taps running, and finally oblique plank floor. That's a long kicks, jumps and power, eh? Write them on the calendar that comes with its program and hang close to where it will work out for easy access.

training of the first month include Cardio Circuit Cardio power and endurance, cardio pure Recovery Cardio, Cardio Abs. The first 30 days of testing the program are only 35-40 minutes in duration. You are training six days a week with a rest day on the seventh day. I strongly recommend that you take the day off and not do anything unless you want to do some light exercise. Week 5 of the program is considered the "Recovery Week" which includes 6 days of a workout called Cardio Core and Balance. Do not confuse yourself with the "recovery" and is easy, because this training will ensure that you still feel a Burn! It is not easy, but is less intense than regular workouts! You'll love this week as week 2 is HARDCORE and Shaun T intensifies things to a whole new level New!

Month 2 training sessions are: Max Cardio Conditioning, Interval Max, Circuit Max, Max and recovery. Abs Cardio also includes more as well. These workouts are longer in duration to about 55-60 minutes of cardio bass with incredible intensity. During my first round of the program training of madness, I lost more weight and inches and realized most of the results. Not that I did in the first month, and I did, but really work his tail off for 2 months.

If you really want the best results, you must agree to BOTH regular fitness and nutrition guide that comes with the elite program. I liked the nutrition program because it is higher in carbohydrates P90X diet plan and you have to eat lots of food! Definitely need all the energy you can do so, though the workouts.

In general, this is a great program if you are willing to work hard, eat well (following feeding guide supplied) and are mentally prepared to complete a program of this nature. Shaun T is a fantastic, motivating coach and has become now my favorite with Tony Horton P90X. I lost a total of 10 pounds and 10 inches on my first round of the training program of madness and I'm looking to see what round 2 does for me this time.

As Shaun says T, Ya'll dig deeper. Lets Go! You can do this program, but make sure you buy the complete program from Beachbody and save yourself the trouble. There is a pirate or buy online stores like Amazon or eBay. Those who are not LEGIT copies of the program and may or may not come with all the DVD's or nutrition guide.
