Weight training exercises for MMA (mostly wrestling)?

I weight train 3 times a week, MMA 3 times a week My standup (Muay Thai) the game is pretty good, and my ground game is good presentation (BJJ) but my fight is horrible. I'm just not explosive enough, anyone has some good exercises for explosive wrestling, perhaps some training and lifting exercises grip. Thanks for your time

Many gyms even have personal trainers who will help you meet your personal best by working harder that you yourself, and help define your goals. You can even suggest which weight training exercises you should use and how many, to strengthen the muscle groups that interest you.

Before you start exercising weightlifting, however, you should do some things cardiovascular. While you may get by very well without the exercise of weight training, cardio is absolutely essential to your health. You'll live longer, be healthier and happier, and even more energy if you do some aerobic activity every day to keep it active. Do not stay young forever, but those of us who get enough exercise aerobics for young people will stay longer than those who do not. Once you start doing that, then you can add your weight training program exercise.
