which slims leg muscles; long distance running or sprinting?
i have very solid and muscular legs from a combination of competitive gymnastics and volleyball, and have now moved on to other things that don't involve the large muscle mass. so how can i slim my legs but keep a good amount of muscle? and which type of running slims legs, long distance or sprints?
long distance running will promote more of a slim, lanky look
sprinting will burn fat but you'll maintain your muscle mass so you'll maintain a muscular appearance
