Back Of Leg Muscles

The back of my legs hurt, from in back of the knee to my butt when I sit.?

When I feel most couches and soft chairs, little by little I feel pain in both leg muscles behind where my law in the knee bends to my rear. Is it dull at first and slowly gets worse. We had an MRI on my spine and shows a slight buldge disc. No more pain of sciatica and only one leg, especially on my ass. If I have my legs up, like the sofa, without pain. No pain walking or sleeping or exercising. Only when sitting? I had this pain for 2 or 3 years. No worse. Its hell to drive for two hours or more. HELP!

Why not see an orthopedic surgeon. Can be suitable for decompression (lumbar laminectomy).
