inner thighs??
I've been trying all different kinds of exercises to lose weight on my inner thighs, but it never seems to work!
I've been working out all month (cardio, strengthening exercises, etc) and ive seen some results, lost about 5 pounds, but i cant seem to lose weight on my thighs. ive been doing lunges, squats, and other exercises ive found online, but they only seem to work my outer thighs. what can i do to lose some fat from my inner thighs?

I'll try to explain this as best I can. I gained it from Windsor Pilates. Lie on your right side with your body perpendicular to the ground. Bend your left leg so that your left foot is now in front of your right knee (the right leg remains extended). I hold my left foot with my left hand to keep it in place. Flex your right heel upward, and pulse it upward. It might not give you immediate results, but it's the only thing that made me "Feel" my inner thighs working. Do the same for the other leg.
