Exercises to reduce thighs
Need a little exercise to reduce thighs fast? Ok, I will show to a couple who probably are not doing. If they (are easy), then your thighs get smaller and smaller.
1. Use a mini-trampoline and jump on it
You can feel it in your calves big, but you can be sure it works the thighs a lot. In fact, this is considered exercise # 1 to help reduce cellulite on legs and buttocks.
The way I like to use the mini-trampoline is jump on him for few minutes at a time (a lot of times a day) instead of just a long and boring workout.
