Is Contour Abs For Me?

I wish my genetics would allow me to develop a set of washboard abs.  Even when I  lose a little weight, go to the gym and exercise regularly, I still can't see anything like the midsection toning I'd like to see.

Like everything else in this world, the results generally reflect the effort put forth, especially when it comes to muscle development.  Crunches, sit-ups and working out at the gym, while the thing to do, becomes boring after awhile and no longer looked forward to.  I wish someone would come out with a body exerciser that all you had to do was step in for a little while and then emerge with some muscular toning.

There's been much research into the effectiveness of the Electric Ab Belt and other similar devices using electronic stimulation for muscle toning.  It seems the medical consensus is that while they are useful in toning your abdominal core, they won't burn fat.  So, while the Contour Abs Belt does help to put you on the road to washboard abs, dieting still seems to be the only answer for getting rid of the belly flab.  Thus, eating ice cream while using the Contour Abs Belt would be counter productive.  Rats!!

As an aging American concerned with his midsection, I think I'll give one of the Contour Abs belts a try.  I just wish that these electronic ab belts were covered under Medicare or Social Security.  It's about $15 for a 30 day trial, then around $200 spread over four months to complete the purchase so I'll be helping the economy as well as myself.  The thought of being able to sit on the couch and getting abdominal exercise really does sound like a winner.  No apple pie and ice cream though!
