It is the basis of an appropriate exercise routine?

50 Sit-ups (or crunches) 50 Squats 50 Lunges 50 leg lifts inside of the thigh (25 in each leg) 15-30 min. The problem is that it is really difficult to do squats and dead lifts properly. Go on youtube and check out videos rippetoe to learn how. For the upper body, pull-ups are great. These tone your muscles and get a little more large. You're a girl not to go as big as kids. 2. You do not lose inch or fat with weight training. Is lost with cardio. Just google for calories calorie calculator and lose the way you want. Running is great because it is easy to burn a lot. Swimming takes a lot of ability to burn calories. 500-100 calories a day will burn 1-2 pounds of fat a week.
