Help me find exercises for my exercise program?

I need help with an exercise plan. What I mean is that I already know how long I going to do, and how many days a week (every day for 30 minutes) what I mean is what exercises to do in my plan. Need stretches, muscles stregthening back, abs, arms, exercises big muscles legs and buttocks exercises. Basically Cardio. If I could link to a website that already had a plan or if you can help or know somone who else could answer my question would be nice if you could ask for advice or too even respond to this question. It would be great if I could My mother needs special exercises too, because she has a bladder prolapse means your bladder is a little out of place, so if you could also tell me what is good for excersise it and what are not good for her that would be great. Thanks for all the help, research and brain you did or that (the brain). God bless and Merry Christmas

im in physical rehabilitation for my knee injury but I want to stay in shape ...?

well, so Here's the scenario. my knee injury is healed, but because I have not tried in a long time, has weakened. I am now in physical rehabilitation to improve strength in my leg muscles. but I most want to keep fit elsewhere, such as arms, abs, chest, etc. . I know that the protein accumulates muscles, so if I work out other areas of my body (arms, abs, chest, etc), will take a little protein away from my leg to go elsewhere and in turn reduce the processs stregthening / rehabilitation of my leg? or just spend the full exercise of my leg, will the results be different, is strengthening faster due to the concentrated nutrients? or is there such a thing?

Get a yoga exercise tape chair! For people who are or chairbound can not endure for long. It is a great total body workout, all without forcing the knee. The tape I have has 16 workouts at the various levels of condition physics. Best of luck.
