Exercises to get rid of cellulite vague?
Yes, this is a bit embarrassing, but my ass is basically ALL cellulite. I really want to get rid of it through the year obviously. So, does anyone know any good exercises to get rid of it? (Also I have cellulite on the legs, so any advice that would be good too.)
Running has worked best for me. I try to run at least 3 times a week for two miles without stopping. If you are not athletic, not stress. Start with a 1 / 8 mile until it can build up to it. I also cut out desserts and refreshments. Running is the best for the legs and buttocks. That's the only thing that gets rid of my cellulite die-hard.
