I exercise every day for hours and not seeing any results?
I did slim fast for two weeks, then I have been working since late July, at least two hours every day. I lift weights 5 pounds, do stop poses, at least 50 sit upright and just started doing squats nearly 100 floor. Hardly eats any garbage. Hey, I just eat anything. I'm not losing weight, and is not no avail. I'm going on a cruise in October and have been working nonstop drive. I take vitamins and tons glass of water. 5 lbs weights is unlikely to make a big difference. You should lift weights for muscular failure to be effective, so to use 10 or 15 pound weights. Also, keep heavy weights and dead lifts, squats, and lunges to failure. No push-ups (either traditional in their fingers foot, or if it is very difficult to make them on their knees). Eat plenty of leafy salads prepared in house made with romaine lettuce or spinach and use a vinegar dressing and olive oil or lemon juice.
