How can a woman most of a skinny body?
I am a woman 21 years old, 5.7 "and weighs about 8 1 / 2 stone. I have a skinny body, naturally, with a small frame. I really want to make a great job especially the calves, bum, shoulders / back. Everything I read says "women can not bulk up - that the tone when using weight exercises" I do not really skinny but toned legs !!!!! I really want to create a little thick - any help would be appriciated! Thanks
