Exercise and stretching advice for ice skaters?

I am looking for some exercises and stretches to help my skating. I was a gymnast for nine years, so I'm pretty flexible. However, I have to increase my strength in my legs to jump, spin, etc. I also like the exercise of other parts of my body as my arm and the core.
