What are some exercises to slim my muscles?

My left leg is more muscular then my right and it really bothers me. I mostly wear trousers so people cant see the difference except sometimes I have to wear a skirt and I feel self conscious about it. What are some exercises I can do to slim dow my calf and thigh muscles on one leg?

It is really normal for one thigh to be larger than the other. Several things to consider. This may be your dominate side or your bone structure can be different. It also could be edema in One side of the body. Only you know for sure or if not get a medical opinion or live consultation with someone preferably a professional. If this is not an option try this.,

Pay attention to how you use that leg. Keep good body mechanics.
A long muscle is always leaner looking plus it can be stronger.
Keeping the muscles contracted "engaged" with exercises.

1. Old fashioned isometrics. Stretch with the muscles engaged. Do extra set on the lower developed leg.

2.Yoga the Warrior postures are great for reshaping the legs. Bridge pose too.

3.Leg swings in all four directions with toes pointed "plantar flexion"and toes pulled toward shin "dorsi flexion". These are great for reducing size. Also legs up he wall with thighs engaged and slight pressure of heals into the wall. Do not hyper extend the knees. Buns of Steele is a great leg workout.

That's why dancers have such nice legs:)
