To have a slim waist and toned abs, you should eat a balanced diet and regular exercise. Do exercises that target the abdominal muscles and part of the waistband of your regular workout routine for a strong and lean body. No fancy equipment is necessary, but must be consistent and dedicated to slim and tone waste and abdominals.

The scissors exercise abdominal muscle tone and helps to slim the waist quickly. Lie on your back on a mat. Place the palms of your hands under your lower back near the tailbone to support the lumbar spine. Keep your shoulders on the floor. Straighten legs and lift the soil around 6 to 8 inches.
