What is a good way to slim the waist?

im going on a journey of three days of class to Nebraska in April and has a pool in the hotel and I want to lose weight, so they look good in my bikini. What are some great ways to lose weight??

When you lose weight, genetics determine where they lost. Therefore, one could leave his waist, and could go elsewhere. Anyway, diet and exercise. Stay away from simple carbohydrates, not even touch the white bread, rice, sugar, corn or cereals. Even fruits and fruit juices are full of sugar. Walk, run or bike for cardiovascular exercise at least 20 minutes aevery days (twice to date and motivated you can really). And lifting weights or doing strength training others to tone and strengthen muscles. Muscle burns many survice calories only.
