Any body knows a good workout six pack?

Im looking for a workout that can make me take a good six pack, but we must be able to do at home, and not too long:) and by true, I'm not fat:) so do not think I'll have a problme with the question of fat:)

Sure. The formula for 6-pack abs is simple: A 70% diet, 20% of cardio, and 10% basic training. training is the easy part. Choose 6-10 "core" exercises (not just the abs), and do 20-25 reps of each (in succession) or on alternate days or every 3 days. (Not all days!) Cardio (Aerobics) help reduce existing body fat. Diet is the most important because if you do not receive total body fat level below 13% (for men) or under 18% (For Women) there is little or no chance that you will never have a visible 6-pack. If you around these levels, fine. Most of the hard work is done! For what it's penalty, 6-packs are usually reserved for people who are closely related fitness. This is due to "maintain" its middle section can be as difficult as getting one in the first place. Does not take much to lose a 6-pack. Since it takes a lot of work, and lifestyle change to get one, those will do fitness mind necessary to maintain it.
