Shape N Tone

Shape N Tone

Shape N Tone

I have to be honest ... first thing I do when someone tells me that "just want to tone up" is slap my palm to his forehead and groan. Not because I'm frustrated with that person ... quite the contrary!

The reason is that all the popular myth that insidious, but you can only "get ringtones" in first place!

It is a myth that every aspect of popular fitness and it's time to end it once and for all before someone else steals most unfortunate their results.

Note, I am NOT frustrated with the person asking me the question about how to "get ringtones, but I'm frustrated with a fitness industry and popular media that leads people to believe you can make changes to your body without any real meaningful work and without the construction of any honest to goodness, fully-functioning, muscle metabolism, boosting!

To be frank, and to put it another way, triceps kickbacks with a soup can not leave the axils of fluttering.

You see, I'm frustrated because this is a myth that keeps people doing useless training that leads them nowhere. And then give up and may cancel all training and as useless to them.

This is something I can not stand see it desperately wants to succeed in changing your body and healthier (that is why I'm in the business I am). But training information can effectively stop right in its tracks.

Now if you're reading this article because it is the goal of "get ringtones, please read because I'm going to put everything to you at this time ...

1. You can not "tone" muscle. You can build muscle. You can lose muscle mass. O the muscle may stay the same.

2. You can not "tone" of fat. You can gain fat. You can lose fat. But you can not "tone" that.

The look that most people would describe as "tone" is always the result of muscle building (or maintaining muscle you have!) and fat loss .... PERIOD If you have no muscle mass, lose fat, but only be a smaller version than they are now.

The problem arises when a person uses exercises and programs that are folded with the desire not to build one single gram of muscle, for fear of "getting big muscles bulky. "By doing this, you basically throw most if not all, of the most effective things you can do for fat loss!

Unfortunately, what more or less accomplish the goal of "toning" is nothing at all.

And please believe me, I'm not saying that this is mean or discourage anyone from exercising. I'm saying this because they have a right to know the truth ...

Toning is a myth.

If you want the results, only have to train hard and exercise programs for fat loss specific. It's not glamorous but it works!

And before going further, it is necessary to lay another myth to rest very quickly ... simply touch a dumbbell or bar is not enough to build massive muscles and make them "bulk up" especially if you're a woman.

I can only wish it were that easy! To actually create the amount of muscle you need to "bulky" Look, you need to train specifically for muscle growth and eat plenty of food. It's hard work and definitely does not come as easily and many people fear!

But stay away from training exercises challenging weight, you will not get the best fat loss results possible.

Not need to do bicep curls with a jar of pickles. You need to do squats and lunges and work the large muscles that drive your metabolism to burn fat 24 hours a day.

There is no need to lie on the floor and five hundred crunches to tighten your stomach. You need the cardio interval training to burn fat to show those abs!

In short: if you are serious about wanting the results of the effort but put in an exercise program or is not a challenge, will get you there.

If you do not want the results and prefers to spin the wheels, no problem! Just drag a magazine in the supermarket and the last toning program that "all celebrities are wearing!"

As I mentioned earlier, takes more than touching a dumbbell to get big muscles, but ... a little hard work will go a long way toward building the body you want!
