What are some good exercises to build abdominal muscles? How I can build good chest muscles?

I need ABS good, and good PECS. What should I eat? (Or rather, not eating) What are the exercises? I want to improve. I'm not fat. I'm really very small. Only I want some muscles. I want to be defined. The next time I take off my shirt at a pool party ... yeahhhhhh

Thursday-Shoulders, Military Press Barbell, Dumbell military press, lateral raises, bent over lateral raises. Traps; Barbell Shrugs, Dumbell shrugs, rows vertical bar Friday (10 to 15 minutes of running.) Quads, squats in crate, leg presses, hack squats, leg extensions. Hamstring, knee flexion, (1 or 2 machines hamstring) Calves; Sitting Calf raises, donkey calf raises. ABS, ABS slope with 25 pounds of 12 15x3, 2x50 Ab machine Saturday/Sunday- REST!
