Simple exercise program for people with autism?

I'm looking for a DVD or VHS (Sorry, I have this thing for Blu-Ray), which is simple. I am looking for something a person with autism can do. If you do not understand this to me is very difficult to keep up with exersice tapes since most of the exercises also involved many moves at once ... move his arms, then legs - then hop - then do this ... is so complicated and not easy. I google Exercise and autism or exercise DVD and autism, but have not come up the DVD's. I have no $ 40 dollars a month for a membership and I certianly can not afford a personal trainer! (Although, I would love to have one!) Thanks. Miike H, Who let you in annwer my question? How dare you say that. Do you have something agaisnt people with autism? If you're the one who needs the video? Because what I'm thinking is that maybe I could go through the video slowly, make a list of the movements they make, and then remember the list of movements, and then them at their own pace to their own music. If you do that you can even go back and do it with the video because you'll have remember the moves. In fact, autism withoutout people have trouble following exercise videos too. It is difficult to keep up but once they do more than once you get used to this routine. Is always the same routine as it is the same video.
