i wanted to buy the reebox eaytone shoes to get more toned,but do they really work? how many days does it take for them to start showing results?

I've not tried them myself but I've heard from a lot of people that they do actually work. If your calves are sore the next day, obviously they've been worked in a way they aren't used to.
