Women want to tone slender legs. I think I can say it is a true statement of 99.99% of women. Even if our legs already look great we always want trying to improve. So with all exercise myths and what are the best ways to get the perfect pair of legs?

3. Choose cardio wisely. Cardio is an important part of a workout, but make sure to do cardio accordingly. If you want to earn some leg muscle definition AKA cardio exercises to keep to a minimum. Do not exceed 25 minutes, because after this your body will begin to break the hard earned muscle. Also stick to the routines that are actually going to use your leg muscles. A good way is the ladder of steps. Or try to do interval training on hills.
4. Eating all the right things. With any type of fitness, exercise and nutrition go hand. If you are seriously looking bigger than it is vital to eat a healthy, balanced diet rich in protein and carbohydrates from whole wheat, but low in fat and sugar. Say goodbye to coke and processed sugars. I would suggest taking diet soda or at least minimize them. Stick to water. Not only will feel hydrated, but their energy pain and you will also feel fuller longer. Yay.
5. Do not let a little rain or clouds keep from the gym. The gym should be as priority their business meeting. Schedule time on your calendar when you know it's time to hit the weights. Getting a great body takes work and work means hitting the gym regularly. No matter what time of day for maximum benefit, all that matters is that you go. Keep your gym shoes by the front door or expose their workout clothes the day before so you know you should go.
