The basic rules for gaining muscle

A beautiful body on a magazine can indeed be a product of modern technology. Many people wonder how start bodybuilding?

To answer this question you need to know that no amount of physical activity can give your body you want, if not combined with bodybuilding nutrition and a total body of work. In fact, it is the bodybuilding nutrition that is the most important factor in building the best body. But I will give ten rules for building muscle.

1. Free use of weights for all heavy sets

As heavy as some machines might feel, not so much of the ancillary areas as do the muscles of weights and, therefore, not built as much compound mass.

2. Using compound movements

How to perform an exercise is perhaps the most important dynamic in building mass. If you want full, thick disk, not isolate. Instead, use what Dave Draper calls 'body thrust' to compound the involvement of all muscles in the area. Also, do not fall into the theory that cheating robs you of separation. On the contrary, it increases the compound benefit and builds even greater size so that more muscle in which to carve separations.

3. Finding areas for improvement

Assess your physical condition to determine which muscle groups need to be educated in size, then go to the gym with that in mind, focusing on areas of work first. 4. Experiment to find the best mass building exercises

I used to carry out large numbers of squatters, and became very strong with them, going as high as 40 reps with 315 pounds. But there came a point where, even at that level of intensity, my legs were not growing to my satisfaction. I like to train heavy, but I also like to use lots of repetitions. Recently I made tilt bar curls 405 pounds for 10 reps, but I think in the medium and lightweight, and therefore not mass training. My favorite number representatives of the mass on a regular basis is 10, to failure, of course. But that does not mean you should avoid going as heavy as possible now and then.
