Air Alert question !!!!?
hey im 18 and started wazzap alert air for 13 weeks I have the video and graphic work my legs are very tired and 3 weeks ago i dumped nearly jump ball and now i doesn't touch the edge of a clip jump soo is that nornal? or my muscles are tired and I should let you please help me!
first place or need to write your goals, sign and date it and put it on a wall. then u need to decide to finish what they start or however long it takes and even if the results arent on quickly. basically u only need three things: the leg strength, jump training, protein. my story: listening, I'm squatting bar 185 (not my most) and 280 pounds of leg press can. I am 5'11 "-6 '0" 165 lbs 7'8 "up to 25 "Vert, I can go and play 9'10" air alert 4 worked for me so far I started at 15 inches, then i gained 9 inches after 3 weeks of air alert 4 of airalert.com and 2 weeks off for recovery. im a 24 inch vert now out of both legs, I can not go for shit with one leg still. I was also doing strength training weight and that helped a lot, I think. revenge now, so I will keep training with weights. I was thinking about starting air alert at all from week 1 and finish (which I probly reaching 29 to 32 inches, but maybe that's 16 weeks), but I decide to try a more plyometric-based method vertical training. My idea is that I might be able to get to 29 to 32 inches faster than for 16 weeks of air alert from this point in time. other cousin 16 weeks of air alert is 4 months and I gained 9 inches in less than a month, so I'm hoping that will take less than 2 months to get to 29 to 32 inches with my new program. I will see results after one month to see if I have to change anything, or even return to the atmosphere of alert. basically my new program is less repetition, but the intensity explosions and supported by muscular stregnth. let me tell u how I created. i am in my current 3 rd day of training. --- First, even I'm doing weights. list of weights i didn't upper body of his cousin is not important for the vertical (but still do). I also make sure I take daily intake vitamins, protein, gainer to gain lean body mass and muscle power, and creatine. --- I am the second match-3 training programs vertical. MANUAL FORCE SHOES AND JUMP and the MVP program vertical jump. I used a table of 14 days with the components of each program, with plenty of rest days or was too. I also run and do sprints. my advice to you: you can start doing exercises like jumping out of air alert or some other program, but it all depends of leg strength to say how much the program will be u. focus on weight first to get strong enough. once u get u will notice streong and U will be faster. u will be able to do single leg squats or lunges with ease, or squatting and getting up super fast, not pesos. I say this with increasing weight as u go: squat bar (I can do 10 reps of 185 pounds) ham leg curls clean wing extensions dead calf raises (if u do not have access weights, so no weights, or get a backpack filled with heavy objects) when my training I strong arm biceps muscle weight, and tears is emphasized. this means that the arm to learn and grow bigger to avoid this next time and handle the load ..... plus my protein, creatine and vitamins ensure growth.
