What are the exercises I could do at home that can burn fat, but not gain muscle?
I want to burn the fat of my stomach, buttocks, legs, thighs and arms. I have my diet planned. I do not know what exercises to do without gaining muscle. Do not want to go jogging or running exterior. Only the exercises at home. Thank you.
When you, as a woman, exercise, your body will build strength and muscle tone. You will not end up looking like a female bodybuilder. These women are using something (such as dietary supplements) to push their bodies to the production of testosterone so that the bulk up your muscles. (So do not worry about that.)
