How to get thin legs in three days or wear short skirts with fat legs?

I have a little fat but muscular legs are long. How I can get nice and slim and attractive? Because the fat I can not keep my legs miniskirts. It sucks! What should I do? I really want to wear mini skirts.

The reason not to try to isolate muscles when lifting weights

Working as a health specialist, is a type of question I get at all times that the exhibits that many people lack the global vision about the benefits of weightlifting. Such a popular question usually is:

"Precisely what the routine can be done to insulate my _______ (insert your muscle of choice - abs, quads, biceps, triceps, etc)? "

Never mind that the muscles of a person is wanting to know about, it always seems to be asking how can "isolate" it. My first response to this concern is usually specific - Why in the world would want to isolate?

The first thing I propose to show my clients is that the human body does not work well in muscle isolation. Instead, it works best in the exercises along a kinetic chain, ie a part of the support of other body parts of the body at the finish of a complex movement. The truth is that there really is such thing as true muscle isolation. Almost always there is a nearby muscle group that will help in any way with any activity you do. However, this position is compared trying to "isolate" body parts through exercise of a single set for more effective tactic to make complex multi-joint movements.

When you make an effort to "isolate" muscles to perform a single joint exercises, you're actually creating a physique that is not functional, and be much more susceptible to injury. First, is developing a physique that is a compilation of body parts, instead of a powerful unit, functional really work together.

Today, if you want to start limping on inside a body bandaged up with joint problems, tendonitis, and excess fat, then be my guest, continue trying to "isolate" areas of the body. Another advantage of moving away from muscle isolation 'mindset of a movement more "complex" mentality will find it much easier to shed excess fat. The reason is that by focusing more complex movements rather multi-joint muscle isolation of a single whole, not just melted a lot of calories during workouts, but also can increase your metabolic rate and induce the production of a lot in reducing fat and muscle building hormones like growth hormone and testosterone.

Let us consider an example. The leg extension machine is a single joint exercise that works mainly the quadriceps, may lead to the instability of the knee joint at the end, or even burning calories. However, exercises like squats, lunges, step-ups and weight Dead are all the complex movements of multiple joints that actually work many muscles in the body (such as the quadriceps) as a functional unit, produced more powerful and stable joints over time (when completed correctly), and also burn massive quantities of calories compared with exercise of a single joint.
