How to get slimmer, toned long legs that does not come out at the chicken too bulky and muscular?

Indeed, im 14 this year. 5'3 and 104 pounds. I am a dancer and me 2-4 times per week hard. Each session is approximately 3 hours or less.

Many of the Sports and activities help strengthen and tone legs. Some of these include running, swimming, cycling, skating, ice skating, skiing, and jumping rope, just to name a few. The specific resistance exercises can help strengthen specific muscles and how the leg. You may want to start exercising using their own body weight and require no special equipment. Here are some: lunge This exercise works the quadriceps (muscle on the front upper thigh). (1) Stand with feet together, keeping the head erect and looking straight ahead. (2) Take a long step forward with one foot making sure this step is at right angles (do not let its curve of the knee to his toes), and bend the knee of the leg back until as close to the ground as possible. (3) Hold for a second or two and then slowly push back to a standing position. (4) Repeat with alternate leg in the future. (5) Be sure your movements are slow and controlled. (6) Build your repetition over time. (7) To increase resistance, you can hold hand weights next to your body. Heel raise This exercise works the calf muscle (official term: gastrocnemius). (1) Stand with your toes on a step - to cling to a wall or railing for balance. (2) Slowly lift your toes in, pause for a second or two, and then decline. (3) The progress slowly - do not overdo it at first. (4) Increase of repetitions as you become stronger. The toe exercise to increase the shin is especially useful if you are a runner. (1) Sit in a chair bench or chair with feet flat on the floor. (2) Lift your toes toward the ceiling, keeping your heels on the floor. (3) Hold this position for a second or two and then slowly lower your toes. (4) Increase repetitions as you become stronger. This works the hamstrings squatting, which is in the back of upper thighs. This exercise is difficult for beginners. It is best to do this in front of a mirror to check your form. (1) Place your feet shoulder width apart, with hands on hips or the front of the thighs. (2) Slowly lower your body until you are in a "sitting" position. The thighs should be parallel compared with the ground. You may also experience muscle contraction at the back (which is working these muscles too!). (3) Hold for a second or two and then slowly stand up straight. (4) Increase repetitions as you become stronger. (5) With increasing strength, may also want to add resistance by using a bar held behind your neck, which is resting on top. Lying next to lift the outer muscle of the leg called the kidnappers: (1) Lying on your side, slowly lift your top leg as high as you can, keep it straight, then slowly lower. (2) Repeat as many times as is comfortable. (3) Lie on the side opposite to the work of the other leg in the same way. To work the inner thigh muscles (adductors) (1) Lie on your side, crossing and some bending of the upper leg on the bottom. Be sure not to reverse the hips - stay exactly the side. (2) Slowly lift the bottom leg as high as you can and then gradually decline. (3) Do this as many times as possible (without extreme pain). (4) Repeat with the other leg. (5) Some people like to use ankle weights for these exercises, because they become stronger. If you have access to a gym, you may want to use machines to perform the same exercises. In particular, the tools are the leg extension (for quadriceps) and leg curl (for hamstrings). A press yard leg is also beneficial for quads and glutes. If you use weights, do not increase the load too fast because it can damage the joints and tissue connective. Another thing that some people do not realize is that leg exercises like squats and stiff-legged deadlift, or any other leg exercise for that matter, only help build muscle and increase strength in the legs. Neck Exercises NOT include any of the fat that is specifically in the legs. If there is any fat, muscle will be built underneath this fat. The only way to lose fat from any part of the body is through proper diet, cardiovascular exercise or a combination of both.
