What are some good exercises to slim hips and thighs?
I'm 5'4 and about 115 pounds, so I'm at my ideal weight range and do not need to lose weight. The problem is that my thighs are huge. It is mostly back and inner thigh.
Try standing leg lifts and squat .... is not completely in the sitting position ... just squatting and standing up slowly keeping your muscles as possible.
