There are many fitness programs available these days all promising to be one of the best available and best for you. There is no fitness program available that is best for everyone. You are an individual with different needs, desires and lifestyle so you can not be a fitness program that is ideal for everyone.

Every fitness program has its pros and cons and it's up to you to decide which is best for you, after all you need an exercise program that you know you will enjoy, thus stick to it and reap the benefits.

Pilates Fitness Program
Developed by Joseph Pilates Hubertis back to the early 1900s, Pilates is based on the development and improvement of body posture and flexibility of movement originally using the resistance of the springs. Pilates has given rise to many different versions that are available today. Step is basically a form of aerobic exercise and the involvement of a stair tread very often to music. You can follow this program for a fitness video or DVD at home with a simple piece of equipment or a group in your local gym or recreation center.

Aerobics and Fitness Program
Aerobics is a fitness program in numerous different formats but basically involves a lot of movement, such as arm raises, leg raises, kicks, stretching, ramming, turn music and more. The type and frequency of movements should depend on your current fitness level. The new training program can be followed home with a video or DVD or in classes at your local gym or recreation center.
