I spend around 10 hours a day sitting down, it's part of my job and I can't do a lot about it. I make sure I exercise plenty but it still doesn't help the fact that my butt is in my poor condition, I'm sure many people can relate to this! Not so long ago I decided to see if there were any specific workouts I could do to really strengthen and tone my butt up.

I read about the firm butt workout and it sounded very specific to what I wanted so I thought id order myself a copy. The guide you get is very detailed, perhaps a little bit too much, it's not necessarily a bad thing, but there is a lot of information in there. It talks about the muscle areas and explains where you should be targeting.

The workout itself however seems very effective. There are a list of exercises to do that specifically target the glutes (your butt) and the surrounding areas to really help strengthen and tone your butt up. The guide also gives you a laid out plan on when to do the exercises and for how many sets and reps.

Me and my wife have been following the workout for a couple months now (she has the same problem as me, sitting down all day!) and I've got to say we have seen some impressive results, especially my wife's.
