What are some good exercises to do [either alone or with a stability ball], which will help you lose weight fast the belt? I'm not talking result of a full 180, but the dress you want to use for Homecomming that is cheap and adorable does not quite fit me. If it fits my bust is too tight in the waist by an inch or 2 and if I get that suits my waste is too big for my chest and do not have time to really upset. So is there a section that can be undone an inch or 2 in 2 weeks?
