3. Slide and Burn

In this position, try and hold this pose for about a minute or so. This pose will be a great succor for letting you lose weight around the thighs efficiently.

4. Use Lunges

Lunges are a terrific way to lose fat around the thigh area. Commence with a light set of weights or dumbbells and hold them across your shoulders. While doing the lunges, you should remember to shift the weight properly from the back-foot to the fore-foot. Do not take very deep steps for the lunges. Twenty reps should be just perfect.

Well, i'm looking for an exercise that will get my stomach completely flat and I was wondering which one that would be and how long will it take for me to get full results and what exercise is good to slim down my thighs?

running,ab crunches and not eating alot of high fat foods should work well,
if you keep at it,should see very good results after 3 weeks if you keep to it,but dont suddely start all that at once build it all up slowly,
