Squats.

Everyone has a problem spot. It can be around the stomach, thighs, arms or chest. No matter where your trouble spot is, the solution is exactly the same. You need to eat less and exercise more. 4: Take the stairs: Lets face it, small steps add up. Over the course of a year, you might lose over half a pound if your only lifestyle change was taking the stairs for a minute a day. Ultimately this is probably the best habit to build into your day because it’s an alternative & not a chore!

5: Increase your walking speed by 25%. Out and about walking? Did you know that just by increasing your walking speed by as little as 25% you’ll burn more fat in less time without even noticing it and very quickly as well. Not only does it elusively burn fat but also immediately gives you more confidence to take on the world ahead.
