My hips and ankles are killing me! HELP!?

I'm 22 ... Not exercise as much as I just do not have time to work 2 jobs. My day job where I work 5 days a week, I sit on a desk most of the day. Saving files from 100 to 150 weight anywhere from nothing to 6 pounds that includes bending and lifting. My other work where I work two nights a week I'm on a desktop too, but standing in the hotel laundry and sometimes for an hour a night ... I have no insurance yet, so I can not go to the doctor but without a huge bill .. Is there anything I should take care of ... joint counter supplements? best medication for the pain of this ... hip exercises? Hip-both sides, more on one than the other. It's a sharp pain when sitting and even more walking. I always throbbing ... ankles "It feels very heavy ... stiffing pain ....
