How long does it take for a thin person to get defined abs? (Female)?

I am 15 and 95 I'm almost 5'4 tall lbs underweight to me, and do not want to lose weight. I just want to gain muscle. My body is pear shaped and I have a 21 "waist. Relitivaly my diet is healthy. my abs are very hard, I can feel. But not really see them. I can not afford to lose the fat in the stomach, but what exercises and how many repetitions should I do a week to define my abs? In how many weeks I start to see more definition? I do not currently exercise much abdominal all I know is that I can do 46 sit-ups in a minute, but I know it is an effective exercise.

Wanting results in just one body part is to take longer to obtain global results, as can train 5 times a week at most and have to leave at least 24 hours of rest to the body part that you've trained.
