Program Ab-solute Definition

Exercise No. 1: The abdominal body stetch
They begin and end all of its routines (any level) with this exercise because it is more of a stretch. It is essential to stretch before any workout (for heating) and after (for cooling) This reduces considerably the chances of injury. Lie down on your face, arms beside your head and stretch as far as possible. Also stretch your legs, feet and toes of the feet as much as possible in the opposite direction. Exercise No. 2: hanging leg raises

Fieldwork base (back-up, pivot on front and rear, etc ...), trot, trail riding, and when the weather is nice, swimming.
