Cardio workout plans that do not involve ... Cardio?

There are a million ways to do cardio training plans. You can run, using several machines different gym, or even bodyweight calisthenics. Sometimes, however, the best cardio workout plans even include cardio. Huh? How so? Simple - Cardiovascular benefits were and are simply achieved through other activities. For example, say you are doing strength training workouts (which should be done anyway, regardless of your cardio workouts). Is it a real strong set a compound exercise. (A compound exercise is one that uses more than a set of joint locks would not be a compound movement -. Would be an isolation movement, however,. exercses such as presses, rows, squats, would compound movements etc..) Anyway, make a real heavy set a compound exercise. You're breathing hard, right? Damn you all reason. And this is all you need to achieve the same benefits of cardio exercises specific - to get yourself gasping for air. Therefore, make a series of a compound exercise, and is now breathing with difficulty. Instead of being completely relax, hit back with its next series before returning to breathe normally again. Keep that for your entire workout. I guarantee you're getting a cardiovascular workout while you do your work force. Now you're getting a double benefit. Superset - coupling of two years of strength training along with the rest not between - is another way to achieve even better results. Do you want the ramp more? Then go directly to the formation of circuits. This is a style of training which provides many different exercises (eg 5-8) in a row without rest in between. Now, it's easy to half-ass this type of training, so be sure to keep working hard and maintain training loads (Ie, - pesos) heavy. If not, then the cardiovascular aspect of their training plans lacking, simply because you do not have to work hard. And if you're not working hard, you're not getting in better shape.
