Cardio exercise training

It treadmilling considered a cardio exercise? Do you have to wear shoes to run on a treadmill?

1) It is treadmilling considered a cardio exercise, good for weight loss from head to toe? Or is it only to build leg muscle 2) Do you have to wear shoes to run on a treadmill? Or they are running with bare feet or shoes better for your posture?

I have seldom used a treadmill, and prefer to go outside when I have to exercise, but I think that walking or running on a treadmill will help your general health status, such as walking or jogging on the outside would. And it's much better for your bare feet to exercise! The "support" is misleading and may even be the cause of the injury. Because they lack feedback on earth can move beyond its limit, causing strain injuries, and because the only lever that increases the angle is increasing the risk of ankle injury. Steven E. Robbins and Adel M. Hanna. "Running-related injury prevention through barefoot adaptations," Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise, 19 (2), 1987, pp. 148-156. Several reports indicate a running-related injury extremely low frequency in barefoot populations in contrast with reports on the populations of footwear. [...] To explain this paradox, the authors hypothesize that there are adaptations associated with barefoot activity to provide absorption and impact protection running-related injuries. An adaptation involving the diversion of the arch on the burden of the hypothesis that it is an important adaptation to provide shock absorption. On the contrary, it is hypothesized that the rigidity of the foot known footwear can explain the high frequency of reported crashes in northern corridors of America. ... The modern shoe and footwear in general has succeeded in reducing the sensory feedback without diminishing the injury inducing effects, a dangerous situation. And Steven E. Robbins and Gerard J. Gouw. "Sports footwear and chronic overloading," Medicine, 9 (2), 1990, pp. 76-85. Some authors have concluded that chronic overload locomotion is inevitable in modern man due to the inherent fragility of the lower extremities. Accordingly, the shoes, like sneakers trying to attenuate shock waves through the interposition of producing a layer between the plant and soil surface, presumably essential to the safe, and are promoted for use during the march. However, this assumption seems inconsistent with reports that human beings usually not subject to bare overhead illness during the race. Taking this into account, the leg must be inherently durable, and chronic overuse should be a consequence of shoes, and probably due to a crash increases with its use. [...] The lower extremity is inherently durable, and, when not engaged by the shoe, it can support running without signs chronic overload due to a restricted warning system crash. The modern sports footwear, in addition to being less than the age of uppers for moderation shock the race, makes the lower limb susceptible to injury due to design flaws introduced by the concern for the optimization of plant comfort. ... The solution obvious to the problem of chronic stress in the corridors is to promote barefoot running shoes. And Steven E. Robbins, Adel M. Hanna, and Gerard J. Gouw. "Overload protection: avoidance response to plantar surface of heavy load, "Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise, 20 (1), 1988, pp. 85-92. ... the low incidence of lesions similar paradoxical barefoot populations implies that modern footwear can cause injury that normally would not be present without their use. Also a survey of coolies rikshaw bare running barefoot on the floor throughout the day, showed no such strain injuries, after the first period of adjustment: "One hundred eighteen of those interviewed were rickshaw coolies. Because these men spend many hours each day on cobblestone roads or other hard pulling their passengers at the race was of particular interest to the survey. In any case, his feet were more perfect than others. All of them, however, gave a history of severe pain and swelling in the foot and ankle during the first days of work as a rickshaw puller. But after a break of one or two days a week working on their feet, pain and swelling died and never returned. There is no occupation more intense for the feet of trot a rickshaw on hard pavement for many hours every day yet these men do without pain or pathology. "More at source!
