Exercise is a great way to make the biggest ass. This is due to the fact that the bottom is composed primarily of muscle. The buttocks are, together with the legs and the back of the larger muscles in your body. They are used constantly when walking or running. So if you start small you can start these exercises to stop building in their daily lives.

If possible, walk instead of taking the car or bus. If you must travel longer distances, riding a bicycle. It is a good exercise fun and inexpensive. Use the stairs instead of elevators when entering a building. Running stairs is ideal for the ass and is good for the heart as well.

When sitting for long periods of time, as when traveling or working in an office, in constant torque / flex your buttocks, relax and repeat over and over again.

This is a good start and make your back strong and better shape. However if you really want to do your ass is noticeably larger than that do more than that.

What you need to make your ass bigger through exercise are some very good exercises targeting specific your buttocks. If you have little time or money and you can not join a gym, there are plenty of big butt building exercises can be done at home (Or anywhere else for that matter) with little or no equipment.

You must work at least 3 times a week. Start slowly and gradually increase the resistance and intensity.

Remember, the most important thing is that exercise becomes a reality. If not fit all the exercises in a training session, divide them into groups. If you have 5 minutes in the morning, do an exercise, then another at noon and one in the afternoon and so on.

So what exercises doing? There are many, many, but I will give four examples of simple but effective exercises to build butt.

 • frog squats: as regular squats except that you keep your knees with legs apart, forming a V. Slowly bend your legs until your legs are parallel to ground and then rise slowly. Repeat until it becomes difficult to get a backup.

 • Side Leg raises: Hang on a door jamb or post then extend the leg to the side and lift as high as if you can, lower and repeat. Switch legs. This is also good for the inside of the thighs. For more resistance to put a weight around your ankle.

 • Lunges: Take a big step forward until the leg is parallel to the ground (note: your knee should not go ahead their toes, because otherwise you may be detrimental to the knee), then get back up. Repeat until you get up then change it difficult leg.

 • Bridges: Lie on your back with legs bent at an angle of 45 degrees, lifting her ass as high as possible while squeezing buttocks. Under the ass slowly and repeat.

The hardest part is just for starters. Start slowly and do these exercises a few times a week, remember to eat well and the rest between work outs to allow your muscles to recover. Within weeks you will notice that your butt is getting rounder, firmer and more sexy.
