Big Butt Exercises: How to lose fat and shape your butt

Many women complain of having a rear view that is too large. Are you one of those women (or men) who has a large rear end, then here are some great back exercises that can be used to get your ass into shape, literally!

1. One of the exercises I personally used to shape up my rear passage. The key to this exercise is to ensure that you have a dumbbell in each hand a minimum weight of 3 pounds. Now, there are some fancy "step up" products out there, but really all you need is a surface that is 4 "to 1 foot from the ground. Step ups are a great exercise because they target the end of a range of angles, which promotes general training.

2. Another big ass exercises I've found is cycling. Specifically, you must move your ass around a little while you're on your bike. The physical effort that occurs when you ride a bike is more than enough to get your ass in shape. As I said before, you want to ensure that hover just above the rear seat in a circular motion to ensure that the shape of your back properly.

Some say you guys have a big ass is not necessarily a bad thing, but you do need to shape your butt properly to increase their self-confidence. I hope These exercises will help big ass in everything that helped me, because they were part of an overall weight loss strategy that I applied to lose over 60 pounds in such a few months.
