Here's an amazing thighs exercise that will get you thin thighs in just a few short minutes a day. I can't snap my fingers and make you have toned, lean thighs instantly. But I can share with you some information that will make your thighs look way better within 2 weeks... in just 5 minutes a day!

This exercise isn't for anyone who hates exercising. It's intense and can be uncomfortable... although it's really simple to do. But I'm going to share it with you in the hopes that you want to lose weight so much that you'll not look for the easy route to losing weight.

I don't believe that's asking for much. Do it and get it over with. If you do, you'll be burning fat for hours and hours AFTER you've finished this exercise.

Ok... hindu squats. What you need to know about these is the fact that they are body weight squats... so no barbells or weights involved. The main aspect of this exercise is that its all about the speed. Crank out the squats as fast as possible. Non-stop!

The best way to do these is 5 minutes non-stop. But, if you're a beginner, you probably can't do at least 100 squats in 5 minutes like this. But I think you can do 40 in 2 minutes. So that's what I want you to do. Actually, do as many as you can. The ideal is to do at least 20 a minute... so at least 40 in the 2 minutes. After you've done that, rest 1-2 minute and repeat for another 2 minutes. You're up to 4 minutes and still need to do 1 more. So rest another 1-2 minutes and finish up your last minute.

So this will take you no longer than 9 minutes of your time. Your goal after that is to decrease the rest time until you can do all 5 minutes non-stop. The fat burning is crazy and you can be sure that this is 1 of the best thighs exercises you can possibly do to get thin thighs.
