Back Exercises - Donkey Leg Stretch


3 Weight leg exercises you can do at home!

Too many people focus solely on their arms when they exercise, and end up looking unbalanced. Skinny, weak legs No Fun At All, so we will keep your legs in shape!

As with all exercises, be sure not to excess of work yourself, or you will spend the next few days quite a bit of pain. Remember to keep well hydrated when you're exercising!

Flutter Kicks
You will have an elevated platform for this. If you're in a gym, you can use a sturdy table or in bed. Lie on your stomach, legs hanging over the edge. Keep your legs parallel to the back, then raise one. Lower leg and raise the other leg. Repeat several times, keeping the knees straight all the time.

Scissor Kicks
This exercise is like flutter kicks, just in the back. Lie on the floor (back) and lift the legs so the heels are approximately half a foot from the ground. Raise one leg until it reaches about 45 degrees, then lower it, raising the other. Repeat rapidly, again with straight knees.

Squats
Stand straight up. You will keep your body upright throughout the exercise. Under his body using only the legs, making sure to maintain balance, as low as you can handle. Return to a full stand using leg muscles (focusing on your quads). If you have not exercised their thighs before you begin to feel strong muscles burn very quickly in this exercise.
