Does the Ab Pro circle work? A look at this machine and How it Works

If the Ab Circle Pro works, then why is it doing people pain? Watching the infomercials on this product made me think of all the other machines of the past. The rockers, belts, seat, rowers and toners, all had hype and people claiming the results. Could this be just a machine that wastes your time?
