Does anyone know any good ab exercises can I do?

I'm no more of those people who just want abs fast. Actually work, but it seems that no matter how hard it is to try not to work for me. My stomach is flat and I can not get you abs are displayed. If anyone has some good intense ab exercises for me to try would be eternally grateful.
