Ab Exercises
Ab Exercises

Everyone wants flat abs but the stomach area can be one of the most difficult areas of tone. The stomach area is one of the first areas that most people begin to accumulate excess fat, and without regular exercise keeping the muscles toned is almost impossible. This does not mean that having the rock hard abs is impossible, but requires some work. Fortunately, most people can have the abs of your dreams, if they exercise regularly using some easy ab workouts.
The cracks are generally considered good abdominal exercises, but for best results should try some variations on the traditional crisis. A variation is a good crisis with legs elevated. Lying on your back with legs up in the air and together, raise shoulders off the floor in the traditional style of crisis. Be careful not to use their arms to lift your head, use your abs to lift head and shoulders. Another variant is to double abs. While lying in the bending of the knees at a 90 degree angle to the ground and bring them toward your chest as you lift head and shoulders.
Many people focus on your abs only when it comes to tone your midsection, but if you want better results you also need to tone obliques. The obliques or love handles contribute to looking svelte and toning them will help you develop the midsection of your dreams. Obliques ranging from the waist to the hips and are often one of the areas of tone. Crunches can also be effective in the tone of these muscles with a small variation.
Abdominal oblique are similar to regular contractions or abdominal. You lie on your back, but instead of putting your head and shoulders up, turns his body for you to come up at a diagonal angle. Twisting your body at this point of view as they arise using the abs and obliques and will help to tone the obliques and abs. For best affect, you should focus on hiring the obliques as you reach the top of the crisis. Alternatively you should turn in different directions and make sure to work both sides evenly.
Crunches and abdominal variations are not the only good ab exercises. Other abdominal exercises are easy leg raises. While lying on your back with hands under your buttocks and raise your feet a few inches off the floor. Be sure to keep everything straight time. You do not have to raise them too high as a low brake really give better training. Hold for as long as possible and gradually increase account. You can also separate your legs, while in this situation and put back together slowly, keeping them straight and keeping your back flat. Leg raises can be difficult at first, but once the hang of it that are easy to make and very effective.
Do you have to do abdominal exercises to get a 6 pack?
